Tell Chez Vous your basic requirements for your Wedding Catering – dates, timings, number of guests, location and any ideas for your catering. Chez Vous will respond swiftly to your enquiry providing sample menus, prices and suggestions to enhance your Wedding Day such as bar staff, marquees, furniture hire, decoration and entertainment. We will help with as little or as much of the organisation as you need to make it a Wedding Day to remember for you and your guests.
Meet with Chez Vous
Chez Vous’ Executive Chef and Wedding Co-ordinator will arrange a convenient time to meet with you at your Wedding venue whether you are holding your wedding reception at home, at a marquee site or at a wedding venue. Chez Vous will discuss your ideas and wedding details and create a bespoke menu especially for you, whether it is a traditional three-course meal, informal buffet, BBQ or canapé reception. Chez Vous will carry out a site visit and suggest ways in which your Wedding day will flow logistically. We can advise on anything from timings, how and where to serve your food and drinks to furniture set ups and equipment hire.
Plan with Chez Vous
Chez Vous’ Wedding Co-ordinator will provide you with a written function detail, wedding menu and quotation based on your initial meeting with our Executive Chef. These wedding details will be updated and amended as necessary up until a couple of weeks before your wedding day when Chez Vous will make sure you are happy with all the arrangements and that we have all of the details in order to run and manage your wedding reception smoothly.
Included with Chez Vous
Chez Vous Events’ wedding menu prices include staff to prepare and serve your food, they also include all crockery, cutlery and serving equipment. Chez Vous can also provide service extras to enhance your wedding and make the experience a lot more than just a catering service.
To help you create the ‘Wow’ factor, how about........
Drinks Service Staff – Chez Vous provide staff to prepare, serve and clear your guests arrival drinks, wedding meal drinks and bar drinks. We will even take delivery of your drinks to chill the day before your wedding for you!
Bar Staff – Chez Vous provide bar staff and along with them, the glassware, ice, champagne buckets, tongs, jugs, trays and ice so you don’t have to worry about a thing except deciding what drinks to provide – and we can even tell you that!
Glassware – Chez Vous provide a glassware hire service where they will be delivered the day before your wedding clean, sterilised and ready to use. They can be picked up the day after your wedding and returned dirty so no need to wash up hundreds of glasses!
Linen – Chez Vous provide white, ivory or coloured linen tablecloths, napkins and cloths for extras such as bar tables.
Furniture – Chez Vous can arrange furniture hire from dining tables to garden chairs. Delivery will be made the day before your wedding and collection the day after your wedding giving you plenty of time to set up.
Marquee – Chez Vous can provide a wedding marquee or party tent through our partners White Tent Events. We will put you in touch with them or you can contact them direct to arrange a no obligation site visit at your wedding venue.
Set-up – Chez Vous will come and lay up your dining tables with linen, cutlery and glassware usually the day before your wedding, leaving you plenty of time to add your own table decorations, name cards and menus before your big day arrives.
Clear-down – Chez Vous will take away as much rubbish as possible from the event site. If you are partying until the early hours you may want us to come back the next day and collect up all those dirty glasses and tablecloths with our clear-down service.
