Four very different personalities came together to launch what is now the highly successful La Barbe French Restaurant in Reigate, Surrey. Through each one’s commitment to delivering only the very best food and service, their reputation spread like wildfire. This year La Barbe celebrated its 25th anniversary.
2000
The public’s enthusiasm for their delightful French food prompted the partners to consider ways of expanding their business and in 2000 chef Martin Bradley created Chez Vous Events. Chez Vous is a catering operation that, whilst retaining its reputation for French Cuisine, gave the partners an opportunity to demonstrate their full culinary expertise. Today, the company captivates its clients with a diverse range of dishes from around the world.
2006
Chez Vous has gone from strength to strength, hosting weddings, private parties, corporate dinners and gala events. It came as no surprise then, that the Company made one further strategic decision by appointing partner, Antoine Jalley to the Chez Vous team to establish an event management operation. Chez Vous can now offer a seamless event organising and management service providing everything a client could possible need.
2007
Antoine’s creativity and innovative design coupled with Martin’s award winning cuisine and business acumen has proved to be a truly winning combination. 2007 has seen Chez Vous winning catering contracts across the South of England, delighting clients along the way. Chez Vous can confidently guarantee EVERY element of its service. With a portfolio of stunning venues, professional kitchens strategically placed across the South of England and highly professional banqueting and management teams in place, the company has the resources to complement the excellence of its cuisine.

Antoine Jalley brings flair and creativity to your event. With 30 years experience of bespoke event planning, he has the uncanny knack of making people gasp as they walk into their private party, wedding or corporate occasion. It is Antoine’s skilled eye that is currently uncovering the most beautiful of buildings for inclusion in the Chez Vous venue portfolio. Antoine is very service driven, with customer well being at the top of his agenda – he really does love the challenge of trying to make the impossible possible which he does with style and more to the point, he does it with ease.
Executive Chef Martin Bradley’s background is one of high class cuisine and events with over 25yrs of experience at such illustrious places as the Savoy,Gleneagles,The Hilton Park Lane and Paris. He is used to cooking for hundreds of people where he it wasn’t unusual to expect him to provide a tasting session in order to tender for a piece of business. He is a huge asset to Chez Vous and undoubtedly the secret ingredient behind so many successful repeat bookings.
