Chez Vous develop unique, never-done-before dishes yet you will find both classic and original dishes on our modern menus which are influenced by a fusion of french cooking styles - classic to cuisine nouvelle - with a British puritan approach using natural British produce with accents of exotic spices and produce from around the world.

 

Chefs Martin Bradley and Laurent Pacaud thrive on innovation and prepare every dish individually using the finest, freshest seasonal ingredients and where possible our ingredients are sourced locally.
