How much wine/champagne should I allow per person?
You should allow ½ bottle of wine and 2 glasses of champagne per person.
Should we provide spirits?
You can do although most people are happy with what is provided, alternatively we can set up a full pay bar.
How long will meal the take?
For a 3 course sit down meal it will take around 2 hours..
Would a buffet be quicker than a sit down meal?
No it would be slower as people will hover and make more than 1 visit to the buffet.
I have a diabetic/coeliac/vegan coming to my wedding can you accommodate them? We like to make sure that customers with dietary requirements are well looked after and have an interesting meal the same as everyone else.
We are not permitted to have fireworks can you suggest an alternative?

Do you do tastings?
Yes at our Chez Vous Restaurant in Warlingham, Surrey where you can taste the standard of our cuisine.
Does the cost cover linen/staff?
Costs cover everything (crockery, cutlery, wait staff and table glassware) except the linen, bar glasses and staff. Also if there is a need for heavy equipment to be brought to the venue (cookers, hot cupboard) there is an additional charge.
