I am writing to say a huge thank you to the Chez Vous Team -  their hard work, excellent skills and professionalism were pivotal to a great birthday party on Saturday evening. Martin, Rainer, Vicky, Sandra, Juliette and James - were each fantastic - making everything incredibly relaxed and easy for me. I must compliment all of the food - everything was excellent, beautifully served, lots of compliments on the tastes and flavours -  and the girls anticipating all events throughout the course of the evening (hugely helpful for me) - and James being a great doorman and carer of arriving guests, looking after gifts and mopping spillages (very effectively) - the team were hugely friendly and relaxed,  and guests remarked upon the great service. At the end of the evening - the kitchen was amazingly restored - and left fantastically tidy, and on Sunday morning I think I lifted up only about 8 glasses - everything had magically been cleared - my memory of late Saturday evening being slightly hazy!
